Natural Home Remedies To Regrow Lost Hair
There used to be a time when losing hair was a concern for old people. However, this isn’t the case anymore. Taramira Oil
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tablespoons of Taramira Oil
Method:
- Massage the scalp properly.
- Let it absorb in your hair for 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse your scalp thoroughly.
Frequency:
Do this two times a week.
Aloe Vera
Ingredient:
- Aloe Vera Gel
Method:
- You can either apply an Aloe Vera gel directly on your scalp, or you could even go for an organic version of the same. It can easily be purchased from a market.
- Let it get entrenched within your hair roots for about 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse it like always.
Frequency:
Do this for at least two or three times a week.
Coconut Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of yogurt, 1/4th cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Method:
- Carefully amalgamate 1/4th cup of coconut milk with a tablespoon of honey and two teaspoons of yogurt to make a paste.
- Rinse your hair with hot water with the aim of opening up your hair threads.
- Apply a sufficient amount of the paste that’s been formed on the scalp.
- Leave it for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
Frequency:
Do this for 3-4 times a week.
Egg Yolk
Ingredient:
- 1 egg
Method:
- Beat the egg properly after finely separating it from its yolk.
- Apply the formed paste on the roots and tips of your hair.
- Leave it in that state for 1 hour.
- Wash off the paste with any shampoo that you like.
Frequency:
Do it for a minimum of 3 times a week for the initial two weeks.
Note:
You can use an entire egg for creating a hair mask.
Peppermint Oil
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- A shower cap or a warm towel
- 3-5 drops of oil that comprises of peppermint.
Method:
- Present the essential oil in the liquid in a thinned out manner and apply it to your hair strands and scalp.
- Wrap your head with a shower cap, or a warm towel for about 20-30 minutes.
- Be wary of washing it off with a mild shampoo and not a strong one.
Frequency:
Do this for 2-3 times a week.
Black Seed Oil (Kalonji)
Ingredients:
- A tablespoon of black seed oil
- 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
Method:
- Blend in the two distinct oils and apply the formed mixture on your scalp.
- Keep massaging consistently and keep it on your scalp for about 15 minutes.
- Refrain from using a strong shampoo for rinsing purposes. Instead, use a mild one.
Frequency:
Do it on every alternate day.
