  • 3 whole carrots

  • 1/4 cup of unfiltered apple juice

  • Beets: folate, manganese, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin C
  • Apples: vitamin C and dietary fiber
  • Carrots: vitamins A, K, and beta-carotene
